Our History
Our organization was established with the major motive of setting up copper wire unit in 1981.
Triveni Conductors Limited is a well-known company established for manufacturing copper wire in various range(grades) and commenced its operations way back in the year 1981 at Dewas in the state of Madhya Pradesh with a capacity of 500 Mts per annum. It made a modest and humble beginning with the aim to build a sound and strong relationship with esteemed and valued customers through commitment to excellence in terms of quality and service.
The Company spent its formative years offering quality product to the discerning customers. With their technology and pragmatic approach, Triveni has been on an aggressive path and achieved phenomenal growth by becoming leading source of supply in various industries.
In order to broaden the scope of its activities, the Company embarked into commencing another unit at Pithampur in the state of Madhya Pradesh in the year 1991 with a capacity to produce 500 Mts of super enamelled copper wire. During this decade, the company made giant strides and established itself in the field of copper wire.
While both the units were doing well, with a long-term perspective and vision, Triveni decided to merge Dewas unit with Pithampur unit for proximity of operations and thus enhancing the total capacity to 1000 MTs in the year 1997 at Pithampur plant. This move might have looked to be too ambitious but the competent team of Triveni was confident to achieve the results as it watched the market trend from close vicinity and its efforts paid rich dividends in further growth and the total capacity was raised to 1500 MTs per annum within a short span of time.
Not contented with such an achievement, in the year 2002, the Company with its stringent quality policy and emphasis on innovation and development diversified in its product range and added submersible copper winding wire which was being used in submersible pumps, with the manufacturing capacity of 24000Kms/190MTs per annum.
The continued development prompted the Company to go in for another expansion in the year 2008 by improving the capacity of super enameled copper wire and raising it to 2000MTs per annum and also raising the capacity of submersible copper winding wire to 42000Kms/330MTs per annum.
The Company in the year 2009 had further plunged into another expansion raised its production capacity to 2500MTs per annum in enamelled copper wire as well as in submersible wire to 82000Kms/640MTs and all along with this expansion the range of production enhanced in enamelled wire from 8 SWG (4.064 mm) to 38 SWG (0.152 mm) and in submersible 0.40 mm to 3.30 mm.
Again in the year 2020 Triveni raised its production capacity of submersible copper winding wire to 153000Kms/1200MTs along with expansion in the range of production enhanced from 0.40 mm to 4.50 mm.
The Company invented two new submersible copper winding wire range in the year 2023 called PE2-PP & HV4 to help submersible motor manufacturers to enhance their motor performance by 20-25% compare to regular ordinary winding wire present in the market.
Last but not the least, by combining the technical expertise with deep understanding of customer need, Triveni has achieved from time to time exceptional growth in terms of sales and production.
